  1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive business growth for private equity clients.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry professionals.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of the private equity industry and stay updated on market trends and competitors.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  6. Create compelling marketing materials, including presentations, proposals, and case studies.
  7. Utilize various marketing channels, including digital, social media, and events, to reach target audiences.
  8. Track and report on marketing campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Represent KPMG at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and foster relationships.
  10. Mentor and train junior marketing team members to support their professional growth.
  11. Stay updated on marketing best practices and incorporate new ideas and strategies into marketing plans.
  12. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
  13. Adhere to company branding guidelines and ensure all marketing materials are consistent and reflect the KPMG brand.
  14. Travel as needed to attend client meetings and industry events.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Key Account Management Or Business Development, Preferably In The Private Equity Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Finance Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Private Equity Landscape And The Ability To Identify And Cultivate Relationships With Key Decision Makers.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Accounts, With A Focus On Driving Revenue And Profitability.

  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels.
