Your expertise and knowledge of Japanese culture and business practices will be essential in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.We are seeking a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in executive services, with a focus on the Japanese market. Fluency in Japanese and English is required, as well as a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.   • Provide high-quality executive services to our Japanese clients in order to assist them in achieving their business goals and navigating the Japanese market.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Japanese clients through regular communication and understanding of their cultural and business needs.
  • Utilize deep knowledge and understanding of Japanese market trends and practices to provide valuable insights and advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective strategies and solutions for our Japanese clients.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and regulations in the Japanese market to ensure compliance and efficiency in our services.
  • Conduct research and analysis on various aspects of the Japanese market to support client projects and proposals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Japanese culture and business practices, providing guidance and training to colleagues and clients.
  • Act as a liaison between our Japanese clients and internal teams, including coordinating meetings, managing projects, and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and project progress.
  • Continuously strive to improve and enhance our services, processes, and relationships with Japanese clients.
  • Mentor and train junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise in Japanese executive services.
