- Manage and oversee all aspects of global mobility programs for our clients, including international assignments, relocation, and immigration processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all global mobility related matters.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in global mobility, and provide recommendations to clients to enhance their programs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, and HR, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to clients.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on global mobility policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of client programs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
