- Act as a subject matter expert on global mobility policies, tax implications, and compliance.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Mentor and train junior team members on global mobility practices and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of global mobility programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency in global mobility operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services and network with potential clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Human Resources, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Global Mobility, International Assignment Management, Or Expatriate Tax
Strong Understanding Of Global Mobility Policies, Procedures, And Compliance Regulations
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Assignments And Prioritize Effectively
