  1. Conduct financial due diligence for clients, evaluating financial risks and providing valuable insights to support business decisions.

  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance client service.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  14. Collaborate with other departments within the company to provide integrated services to clients.
  15. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's services, industries, and clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Economics, Or Related Field.

  • Cpa Or Other Relevant Professional Certification Preferred.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Statements, Accounting Principles, And Financial Analysis.

  • Experience In Managing And Leading Teams, As Well As Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
