  • Serve as a key member of the Federal Contracts team, working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality services and solutions
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of federal government contracts and regulations, staying up-to-date on any changes or updates
  • Utilize excellent project management skills to effectively plan, organize, and execute projects within established timelines and budgets
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for successful project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and serving as a trusted advisor
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities related to federal contracts
  • Communicate complex information and concepts clearly and effectively to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with proposal development and pricing strategies for new business opportunities
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the Federal Contracts team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Federal Government Contracting, Preferably In A Consulting Or Audit Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal Acquisition Regulations (Far) And Other Relevant Government Regulations.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Government Contracts And Identify Potential Compliance Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Liaise With Clients And Government Agencies.
