- Serve as a key member of the Federal Contracts team, working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality services and solutions
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of federal government contracts and regulations, staying up-to-date on any changes or updates
- Utilize excellent project management skills to effectively plan, organize, and execute projects within established timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and serving as a trusted advisor
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities related to federal contracts
- Communicate complex information and concepts clearly and effectively to both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with proposal development and pricing strategies for new business opportunities
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the Federal Contracts team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Federal Government Contracting, Preferably In A Consulting Or Audit Role.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal Acquisition Regulations (Far) And Other Relevant Government Regulations.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Government Contracts And Identify Potential Compliance Issues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Liaise With Clients And Government Agencies.
