Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Management, Preferably Within The Federal Government Sector.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal Financial Regulations And Requirements, Such As The Federal Financial Management Improvement Act (Ffmia) And The Chief Financial Officers Act (Cfoa).
Experience In Managing And Overseeing Financial Audits And Compliance Reviews.
