  1. Conduct cost segregation studies for clients to identify and properly classify fixed assets for tax purposes.
  2. Utilize knowledge of engineering principles and construction methods to accurately determine the cost and value of assets.
  3. Analyze client financial information and tax returns to identify potential cost savings opportunities.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  5. Communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
  7. Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations related to cost segregation to ensure compliance.
  8. Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and techniques to enhance the quality and efficiency of cost segregation services.
  10. Represent KPMG in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Cost Segregation, Construction, Or Tax Consulting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Tax Laws And Regulations Related To Cost Segregation And Depreciation.

  • Experience In Leading And Managing Client Projects, Including Identifying Cost Savings Opportunities And Effectively Communicating Findings.
