  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis to accurately assess the value of complex financial instruments for various clients, including private equity firms, hedge funds, and corporations.
  2. Work closely with team members and senior leaders to develop and implement valuation strategies that meet client needs and comply with industry standards.
  3. Utilize financial modeling techniques and tools to perform complex valuation analyses and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure valuations are in line with market practices and regulations.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare client reports and presentations that effectively communicate valuation results and recommendations.
  6. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the valuation process, ensuring all calculations and assumptions are thoroughly reviewed and supported.
  7. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and acting as a trusted advisor for their valuation needs.
  8. Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge in complex valuation techniques.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains to enhance the overall quality and delivery of valuation services.
  10. Adhere to KPMG's policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations, ensuring the highest level of integrity and ethics in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Valuation, With A Focus On Complex Valuation Models And Methodologies.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Statements, Financial Analysis, And Financial Modeling.

  • Professional Certification Such As Cpa, Cfa, Or Asa.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Valuation Analyses To Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
