  1. Develop and execute strategic communication plans to support the overall objectives of KPMG.
  2. Collaborate with key stakeholders and senior executives to identify communication needs and opportunities.
  3. Manage and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including media outlets and industry partners.
  4. Create high-quality written materials, including press releases, articles, and internal communications.
  5. Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide timely and relevant updates to the team and leadership.
  6. Act as a spokesperson for KPMG, representing the company in media interviews and at industry events.
  7. Support crisis communication efforts and provide guidance to the team on handling sensitive issues.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication to continuously improve KPMG's messaging and brand.
  9. Manage and coordinate internal communication efforts, including employee newsletters, town halls, and other communication channels.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on effective communication strategies and techniques.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and business development, to ensure alignment of messaging and branding.
  12. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to communication efforts.
  13. Represent KPMG and the communications team at internal and external meetings and events.
  14. Proactively identify and recommend opportunities for thought leadership and thought leadership platforms.
  15. Maintain a strong understanding of KPMG's vision, mission, and values and ensure all communication efforts align with them.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Communications, Preferably In A Corporate Or Agency Setting.

  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Craft And Deliver Engaging Content For Various Platforms.

  • Proficiency In Digital Marketing And Social Media Strategies.

  • Experience In Project Management, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Meet Tight Deadlines.
