As a member of our communications department, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering our firm's key messages to internal and external stakeholders. This position requires a highly motivated individual with exceptional writing and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.   1. Develop and implement strategic communication plans to support the firm's business objectives.
  2. Create compelling and effective messaging for internal and external audiences, including employees, clients, and media outlets.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and communication efforts.
  4. Act as a key spokesperson for the firm, representing our brand and values in media interviews, speaking engagements, and other public-facing opportunities.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts to secure coverage and proactively pitch stories that showcase the firm's thought leadership and expertise.
  6. Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks and provide recommendations for response.
  7. Develop and maintain crisis communication plans and protocols.
  8. Manage and support the execution of events, webinars, and other communication initiatives.
  9. Work closely with senior leaders to provide strategic counsel and support on communication matters.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in communication and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
  11. Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional development and growth.
  12. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
  13. Manage communication budgets and track ROI on communication efforts.
  14. Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels.
  15. Uphold the firm's values and promote a positive and inclusive culture through all communication efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Communications Role, Preferably In A Professional Services Or Corporate Environment.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With A Strong Attention To Detail.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Executing Communication Strategies That Support Business Objectives.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Priorities Simultaneously.
