
Senior Associate, Communications

- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to support the firm's business objectives.
- Create compelling and effective messaging for internal and external audiences, including employees, clients, and media outlets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and communication efforts.
- Act as a key spokesperson for the firm, representing our brand and values in media interviews, speaking engagements, and other public-facing opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts to secure coverage and proactively pitch stories that showcase the firm's thought leadership and expertise.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks and provide recommendations for response.
- Develop and maintain crisis communication plans and protocols.
- Manage and support the execution of events, webinars, and other communication initiatives.
- Work closely with senior leaders to provide strategic counsel and support on communication matters.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in communication and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional development and growth.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
- Manage communication budgets and track ROI on communication efforts.
- Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels.
- Uphold the firm's values and promote a positive and inclusive culture through all communication efforts.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Communications Role, Preferably In A Professional Services Or Corporate Environment.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With A Strong Attention To Detail.
Proven Experience In Developing And Executing Communication Strategies That Support Business Objectives.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Priorities Simultaneously.
