  1. Develop and execute strategic communication plans to support KPMG's business objectives and enhance the firm's reputation.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize key messaging and communication needs.
  3. Create and edit compelling written and visual content for various communication channels, including press releases, social media, and internal communications.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and other external partners to generate positive coverage and increase brand awareness.
  5. Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for proactive communication.
  6. Serve as a spokesperson for the firm and effectively communicate key messages to external audiences.
  7. Provide communication support for KPMG events and initiatives, including drafting speeches, presentations, and other materials.
  8. Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to help develop their communication skills.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and incorporate new ideas and technologies into the firm's communication strategy.
  10. Proactively identify and address communication challenges and provide recommendations for improvement.
  11. Represent KPMG in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and HR, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
  13. Assist with crisis communication and reputation management efforts, working closely with the crisis management team.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve upon communication processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Communications Role, Preferably In A Corporate Or Agency Environment.

  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To A Variety Of Audiences.

  • Experience Developing And Executing Strategic Communication Plans, Including Media Relations, Social Media, And Internal Communications.

  • Knowledge Of The Latest Communication Trends, Technologies, And Best Practices, With The Ability To Adapt And Innovate Accordingly.
