Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Associate to join our Communications team at KPMG. The Senior Associate, Communications will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our external and internal communication strategies.   1. Develop and execute external and internal communication strategies to enhance the firm's reputation and support its growth.
  2. Write and edit a variety of communications materials, including press releases, articles, blog posts, social media content, and internal communications.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall business objectives.
  4. Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify potential communication opportunities and risks.
  5. Act as a spokesperson for the firm and effectively communicate key messages to external stakeholders.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and other key stakeholders.
  7. Plan and execute events, such as press conferences and media interviews, to promote the firm's brand and thought leadership.
  8. Provide strategic communications counsel to senior leaders and support them in delivering effective and engaging presentations.
  9. Manage and coordinate crisis communications, including drafting statements and managing media inquiries.
  10. Stay up-to-date with emerging communication tools and technologies and make recommendations for their integration into communication strategies.
  11. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to develop their skills and contribute to the team's success.
  12. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to support the execution of communication initiatives.
  13. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Communications Role, Preferably In A Professional Services Or Consulting Firm.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Tailor Messaging To Different Audiences.

  • Experience In Developing And Executing Strategic Communications Plans.

  • Proficiency In Social Media Management, Content Creation, And Media Relations.
