  1. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential real estate opportunities for the firm.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and real estate developers.
  3. Manage a portfolio of real estate projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  4. Work closely with team members and cross-functional departments to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives for real estate projects.
  5. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on real estate investment strategies, market trends, and potential risks.
  6. Review and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  7. Oversee due diligence processes, including property inspections, title searches, and environmental assessments.

  9. Mentor and train junior associates, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations, and make recommendations for process improvements and best practices.
  11. Collaborate with external partners, such as brokers, attorneys, and appraisers, to facilitate successful real estate deals.
  12. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand our client base.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards.
  14. Continuously strive for personal and professional growth, seizing opportunities for training and development within the firm.
  15. Uphold the reputation and values of the firm at all times, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Real Estate, Finance, Or Related Field
