  1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities in the real estate industry.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with high-quality advisory services and building trust and rapport.
  3. Prepare and review financial reports, projections, and models for real estate transactions.
  4. Assist in the due diligence process for real estate transactions, including reviewing contracts, leases, and financial statements.

  11. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company.
  13. Act with integrity and maintain confidentiality in all client and company matters.
  14. Attend relevant training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  15. Take on additional responsibilities and duties as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Real Estate, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In The Real Estate Industry, With A Focus On Financial Analysis And Transaction Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Real Estate Market Trends And Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Client Relationships.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading Real Estate Projects, Including Experience With Due Diligence, Valuation, And Financial Modeling.
