  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored real estate solutions that align with their goals.
  3. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the firm's expertise and recommendations for their real estate portfolio.
  4. Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
  5. Utilize financial modeling and forecasting techniques to evaluate potential real estate investments and transactions.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk for both the firm and clients.
  7. Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities for business development and growth within the real estate sector.
  10. Represent the firm at industry events and conferences, networking with potential clients and promoting the firm's services and expertise.

Job Qualifications
