  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all reporting and withholding regulations and requirements.
  2. Manage a team of professionals responsible for information reporting and withholding for various clients.
  3. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all reporting and withholding tasks.
  4. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.
  5. Continuously monitor and assess processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in reporting and withholding.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and training to team members and clients.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  9. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  10. Prepare and present reports and updates to senior management on the status of reporting and withholding activities.
  11. Manage and track budgets and expenses related to reporting and withholding services.
  12. Participate in business development activities, including identifying new opportunities and developing proposals.
  13. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and integrity within the team and across the organization.
  14. Mentor and develop team members to support their professional growth and advancement.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients And Team Members.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Information Reporting And Withholding, Preferably In A Financial Services Environment.

  • Thorough Knowledge Of Federal And State Tax Laws And Regulations Related To Information Reporting And Withholding.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Tax Rules And Regulations.
