  1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Workday Payroll team.
  2. Utilize your expertise in payroll management to ensure accurate and timely processing of client payroll.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency using Workday's payroll technology.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of payroll professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for top-tier clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional client service.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and teams within KPMG to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement in the payroll practice.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in payroll management and technology, and use this knowledge to enhance the team's capabilities.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on Workday's payroll technology, providing guidance and support to clients and colleagues.
  9. Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in the payroll process, finding effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  10. Take a leadership role in driving innovation and continuous improvement in the use of Workday's cutting-edge payroll technology.
