  1. Manage Workday Payroll projects for clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Workday Payroll, and provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  5. Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  6. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance and accuracy of payroll processes.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert for Workday Payroll, providing guidance and support to clients and colleagues.
  8. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for Workday Payroll projects.
  9. Proactively identify and resolve issues and risks related to Workday Payroll projects.
  10. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve processes and procedures related to Workday Payroll.
  11. Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive client information.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Workday Payroll Implementation And Management.

  • Certified Payroll Professional (Cpp) Designation Preferred.

  • Strong Understanding Of Payroll Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Project Management Skills.
