- Lead the implementation of Workday Payroll for KPMG's clients, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with the project team and client stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation process, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and requirements to recommend the best approach for implementing Workday Payroll.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and IT, to ensure a seamless integration of Workday Payroll with other systems and processes.
- Configure and test Workday Payroll to meet client specifications and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
- Provide training and support to clients to ensure a smooth transition to Workday Payroll and maximize its capabilities.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Workday implementation and payroll management to continuously improve processes and deliver high-quality service to clients.
- Manage project budget and resources effectively to ensure project profitability.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Workday Payroll and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

- Continuously monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to the project team and senior management.

Extensive Knowledge Of Workday Payroll: A Manager, Workday Implementation - Payroll Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Workday Payroll System, Including Its Functionalities, Features, And Best Practices For Implementation.
Experience In Project Management: This Role Requires Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Lead And Coordinate A Team, Create Project Plans, And Manage Timelines And Deliverables.
Familiarity With Payroll Processes And Regulations: A Manager, Workday Implementation - Payroll Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Payroll Processes And Regulations, Including Tax Laws, Pay Policies, And Compliance Requirements.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Key Member Of The Implementation Team, This Role Will Require Effective Communication And Collaboration With Various Stakeholders, Including Clients, Project Team Members, And Senior Management.
