  1. Lead and manage Workday payroll implementations for clients, ensuring timely and successful completion of projects.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  3. Utilize expertise in payroll processes to design and implement efficient and effective solutions for clients.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday payroll with other HR systems.
  5. Monitor project progress and identify and address any potential risks or issues.
  6. Train and mentor team members on Workday payroll processes and best practices.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Workday payroll to continuously improve processes and deliver innovative solutions.
  8. Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed within scope and on budget.
  9. Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
  10. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to payroll.
  11. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  12. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant documents.
  13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, to provide project updates and escalate any issues.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday payroll, providing guidance and support to clients and team members.
  15. Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating strong leadership skills and promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Workday Payroll Implementation, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Environment.

  • Certified Workday Payroll Implementation Specialist With In-Depth Knowledge Of Workday's Payroll Functionality And Best Practices.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including Experience Leading Large-Scale Implementation Projects And Managing Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients And Internal Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
