  1. Lead and manage the implementation of Workday Adaptive Insights for clients.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to ensure a successful and efficient implementation process.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Use problem-solving skills to identify and address any issues or roadblocks during the implementation process.
  5. Provide guidance and direction to team members and junior staff to ensure project success.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Workday Adaptive Insights to continuously improve processes and solutions.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and project management, to ensure a seamless integration.
  8. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  9. Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for clients to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide support and guidance to clients post-implementation.
  11. Proactively identify and suggest process improvements and best practices for Workday Adaptive Insights implementation.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  14. Actively participate in business development activities, including proposals, client presentations, and networking events.
  15. Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and provide timely updates.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Workday Adaptive Insights: As A Manager And Workday Adaptive Insights Lead, The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Workday Adaptive Insights Platform, Including Its Functionalities And Capabilities, In Order To Effectively Lead And Manage Projects.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Managing Complex Projects, Including Scoping, Planning, Execution, And Delivery. A Strong Project Management Background Will Be Necessary To Ensure Successful Implementation Of Workday Adaptive Insights For Clients.

  • Financial Planning And Analysis (Fp&A) Expertise: The Manager Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Fp&A Processes And Methodologies, As Well As Experience In Financial Reporting And Analysis. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Translate Client Requirements Into Workday Adaptive Insights Solutions.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Consultants And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams. Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills Are Essential To Effectively Guide And Motivate Team Members Towards Project Success.

  • Client Management And Communication Abilities: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage Client Relationships And Expectations. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Build Trust With Clients.
