  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  9. Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  10. Represent KPMG at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to promote the firm's tax capabilities.
  11. Collaborate with global marketing teams to leverage best practices and ensure consistency of messaging and branding.
  12. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in marketing activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on marketing initiatives, results, and future plans.
  15. Demonstrate a strong understanding of KPMG's overall business strategy and contribute to the achievement of company goals through marketing efforts.

Job Qualifications
