  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives for the tax practice in multiple regions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute effective marketing campaigns and programs.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of marketing efforts.
  5. Manage a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance, coaching, and support.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on tax industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and industry influencers.
  8. Create and manage the marketing budget for the tax practice, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  9. Develop and maintain a strong brand presence for the tax practice through various channels, including digital, events, and thought leadership.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve marketing strategies and tactics to drive business growth and achieve targets.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and changes in tax laws to ensure all marketing efforts are compliant.
  12. Represent the tax practice and KPMG at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  13. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the performance of marketing initiatives.
  14. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their marketing skills and support their career growth.
  15. Collaborate with global marketing teams to share best practices and ensure consistency and alignment with overall company goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Tax Marketing, Preferably In A Regional Or Global Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Tax Laws And Regulations, As Well As A Solid Understanding Of The Tax Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Marketing Strategies And Initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Clients.
