- Provide tax compliance and advisory services to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of services.
- Manage and oversee a team of tax professionals, delegating tasks and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and advising clients on any changes that may impact their business.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and review complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct research and analysis of tax issues, providing guidance and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to provide comprehensive and integrated services to clients.
- Manage and monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Cpa Certification: A Manager, Tax Accounting At Kpmg Should Have A Valid Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) Certification To Demonstrate Their Expertise And Knowledge In Tax Accounting.
Strong Tax Accounting Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Tax Accounting, Preferably In A Public Accounting Firm Or A Corporate Tax Department.
Knowledge Of Tax Laws And Regulations: A Manager, Tax Accounting Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Tax Laws And Regulations In The Country They Are Working In, As Well As Globally, To Effectively Advise Clients And Ensure Compliance.
Leadership Skills: As A Manager, This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Tax Accountants And Guide Them In Providing High-Quality Services To Clients.
