  1. Provide tax compliance and advisory services to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of services.
  2. Manage and oversee a team of tax professionals, delegating tasks and providing guidance and support as needed.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Stay updated on tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and advising clients on any changes that may impact their business.
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Prepare and review complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  7. Conduct research and analysis of tax issues, providing guidance and recommendations to clients.
  8. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to provide comprehensive and integrated services to clients.
  9. Manage and monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  11. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Cpa Certification: A Manager, Tax Accounting At Kpmg Should Have A Valid Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) Certification To Demonstrate Their Expertise And Knowledge In Tax Accounting.

  • Strong Tax Accounting Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Tax Accounting, Preferably In A Public Accounting Firm Or A Corporate Tax Department.

  • Knowledge Of Tax Laws And Regulations: A Manager, Tax Accounting Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Tax Laws And Regulations In The Country They Are Working In, As Well As Globally, To Effectively Advise Clients And Ensure Compliance.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Manager, This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Tax Accountants And Guide Them In Providing High-Quality Services To Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Client Management Skills: This Role Involves Regular Communication With Clients And Other Stakeholders, So Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships, Are Essential For Success.
