
Manager, Talent & Culture Project Manager
KPMG is looking to hire a Manager, Talent & Culture Project Manager to join our dynamic team and help us drive our culture and talent initiatives. As the Manager, Talent & Culture Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development and implementation of our culture and talent initiatives, ensuring that our team is supported by the most innovative and effective strategies.To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about our people and culture, have a strong ability to work and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You should be a natural problem-solver, with an eye for detail, and the ability to make sound decisions and deliver results. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the development and implementation of KPMG's culture and talent initiatives
- Analyze existing culture and talent strategies and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop innovative strategies to support team members and optimize company culture
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure initiatives are aligned with company goals
- Monitor progress and performance of initiatives to ensure objectives are achieved
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure deadlines are met
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive positive change
- Foster a positive team environment and support team members in their professional development
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices related to talent management and corporate culture
- Remain up-to-date with current employment laws and regulations.
