Manager, Talent & Culture Project Manager

• Lead and manage the development and implementation of KPMG's culture and talent initiatives
• Analyze existing culture and talent strategies and make recommendations for improvement
• Develop innovative strategies to support team members and optimize company culture
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure initiatives are aligned with company goals
• Monitor progress and performance of initiatives to ensure objectives are achieved
• Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure deadlines are met
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive positive change
• Foster a positive team environment and support team members in their professional development
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices related to talent management and corporate culture
• Remain up-to-date with current employment laws and regulations.
