Job Description

KPMG is seeking an experienced and passionate Manager, Talent & Culture Project Manager to join our team and drive the success of our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading key projects and initiatives related to talent and culture across our global organization. To be successful, you must have a deep understanding of the talent and culture space, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in an international environment. We’re looking for a dynamic and creative problem solver who will bring a collaborative and results-driven approach to their work. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead key projects and initiatives related to talent and culture across the global organization.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of the talent and culture space.
  3. Implement and manage effective project management processes.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  5. Create and execute plans that maximize the impact of talent and culture initiatives.
  6. Monitor progress, analyze data, and take corrective action when needed.
  7. Collaborate with other teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  8. Manage and track budgets.
  9. Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  10. Provide guidance to team members and ensure their success in meeting goals.
