
Manager, Talent & Culture Project Manager
KPMG is seeking an experienced, motivated, and inventive Manager, Talent & Culture Project Manager to join our team! Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Talent & Culture initiatives that support the company's objectives.
- Develop and execute a project plan that outlines the necessary tasks, deliverables, and timeline for completion.
- Develop and maintain project budgets and resources.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve any roadblocks or issues that arise.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Manage project resources and provide guidance and direction to ensure successful outcomes.
- Analyze and report on project results to inform future Talent & Culture initiatives.
- Implement best practices for project management and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite
