Job Description

KPMG is seeking an experienced, motivated, and inventive Manager, Talent & Culture Project Manager to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and forward-thinking individual to join an industry-leading organization, and to make a real impact on our Talent & Culture strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of innovative Talent & Culture initiatives that support the company's objectives.The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience in Talent & Culture project management, a strong aptitude for problem solving, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the implementation of Talent & Culture initiatives that support the company's objectives.
  2. Develop and execute a project plan that outlines the necessary tasks, deliverables, and timeline for completion.
  3. Develop and maintain project budgets and resources.
  4. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  5. Identify and resolve any roadblocks or issues that arise.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
  7. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives.
  8. Manage project resources and provide guidance and direction to ensure successful outcomes.
  9. Analyze and report on project results to inform future Talent & Culture initiatives.
  10. Implement best practices for project management and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
