
Manager, Talent & Culture Project Manager
KPMG, a professional services firm, is looking for an experienced and passionate Manager, Talent & Culture Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As Manager, Talent & Culture Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Talent & Culture initiatives, with the ultimate goal of fostering an inclusive and engaged culture. You must have a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the project management and/or talent & culture field. Knowledge in the areas of HR, organizational development, and/or change management is highly preferred. You are an excellent communicator who can build strong relationships across the organization and manage multiple projects at once. You have a positive attitude and a keen interest in developing people and processes to create a high-performing culture. In addition, you bring a creative and innovative approach to problem solving and have a strong understanding of the business landscape.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to ensure successful delivery of Talent & Culture initiatives. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring completion on time and within budget. • Lead the development of HR, organizational development, and change management initiatives. • Maintain a strong understanding of the business landscape and use creative and innovative approaches to problem solving. • Create and foster a high-performing culture by developing people and processes. • Ensure all Talent & Culture initiatives are inclusive and promote engagement. • Monitor and report on the progress of Talent & Culture initiatives. • Execute action plans to ensure successful completion of projects. • Work closely with various teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
