- Utilize project management skills to ensure the success and timely completion of talent development projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including department leaders and team members.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on project management strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and analyze talent development needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement talent development programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
- Manage and oversee the budget for talent development projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent development and project management.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their project management skills.
- Communicate progress and updates on talent development projects to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to talent development.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Work closely with the HR team to align talent development initiatives with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for improvement and innovation within the talent development process.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage Teams.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Talent And Culture Space.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Principles And Practices, Including Talent Acquisition, Development, And Retention.
Experience In Consulting Or Advisory Roles, With The Ability To Provide Strategic Guidance And Recommendations To Clients.
