- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions to enhance supply chain performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on project progress, and present recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to continuously improve consulting services.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and capabilities in supply chain consulting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders to share project findings and recommendations.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.

Extensive Knowledge Of Healthcare Supply Chain Management: A Successful Candidate For This Position Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Healthcare Supply Chain Industry, Including Key Players, Trends, Challenges, And Best Practices.
Consulting Experience: Kpmg Is A Consulting Firm, And Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Consulting Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Supply Chain Sector. This Includes Experience In Project Management, Client Communication, And Delivering Solutions To Complex Supply Chain Challenges.
Leadership Skills: As A Manager, Supply Chain Consulting, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Consultants, Collaborating With Other Teams, And Managing Client Relationships. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including Communication, Problem-Solving, And Conflict Resolution, Are Essential For This Role.
Analytical And Strategic Thinking: The Healthcare Supply Chain Industry Is Constantly Evolving, And Managers In This Field Need To Have A Strong Analytical And Strategic Mindset To Identify And Capitalize On Opportunities, Mitigate Risks, And Drive Continuous Improvement.
Advanced Education: An Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Healthcare Administration Is Highly Desirable For This Role.
