  1. Lead and manage a team of supply chain consultants to deliver high-quality and impactful solutions for healthcare clients.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic guidance on supply chain optimization.
  3. Conduct assessments and analyses of clients' supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Design and implement innovative solutions to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall performance.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in healthcare supply chain management.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, operations, and IT, to ensure seamless implementation of supply chain solutions.
  7. Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  8. Take ownership of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely completion.
  9. Communicate project updates and progress to senior leadership and clients.
  10. Continuously assess and improve internal processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on supply chain management, providing thought leadership and contributing to the development of new service offerings.
  12. Proactively identify new business opportunities and support business development efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry: A Manager, Supply Chain Consulting - Healthcare At Kpmg Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Its Unique Challenges And Regulations.

  • Experience In Supply Chain Management: This Role Requires A Strong Background In Supply Chain Management, Including Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Logistics, And Procurement Processes.
