  1. Lead and manage supply chain consulting projects for healthcare organizations, ensuring timely and successful delivery of project objectives.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis and assessments of current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement strategic recommendations to optimize supply chain processes for healthcare clients.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for proposed solutions.
  5. Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership in the healthcare supply chain space.
  6. Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential and current clients.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
  8. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  9. Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare supply chain management.
  11. Represent KPMG and the Supply Chain Consulting team at industry events and conferences.
  12. Promote a positive and collaborative work culture within the team and across the organization.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Industry: A Manager, Supply Chain Consulting At Kpmg Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Its Supply Chain Processes, Regulations, And Challenges. This Knowledge Will Be Highly Beneficial In Providing Effective Solutions To Clients.

  • Proven Experience In Supply Chain Consulting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Consulting, Preferably Within The Healthcare Sector. This Experience Should Include Successful Project Management, Process Improvement, And Cost Optimization Initiatives.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Supply Chain Consultant, The Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities To Identify Inefficiencies, Develop Data-Driven Solutions, And Implement Effective Strategies To Improve Supply Chain Operations For Clients.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: The Manager Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Consultants. Therefore, It Is Essential To Have Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, As Well As Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Ideas And Solutions To Clients And Team Members.

  • Advanced Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field: A Manager, Supply Chain Consulting At Kpmg Should Hold A Master's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field. This Educational Background Demonstrates A Strong Foundation In Business Principles And Supply Chain Concepts, Which Are Necessary For Success In This Role.
