- Source and procure software and SaaS contracts for clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with software and SaaS vendors to ensure the best possible pricing and terms for our clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with software and SaaS vendors to achieve cost savings and quality solutions for clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in the software and SaaS market to inform sourcing decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand their software and SaaS needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the sourcing and procurement process.
- Monitor and track software and SaaS contract performance to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members in the sourcing and management of software and SaaS contracts.
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to maintain positive working relationships and resolve any issues that may arise.
