  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies and processes to support KPMG's global operations.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of risk for the organization.
  3. Provide guidance and support to KPMG teams and departments in their risk management efforts.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in risk management to continuously improve KPMG's approach.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
  6. Lead and manage a team of risk management professionals, providing mentorship and guidance.
  7. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and potential areas of improvement in risk management processes.
  8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, to provide updates on risk management initiatives.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and industry experts to stay informed on emerging risks and best practices.
  10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to risk management.
  11. Monitor and report on key risk indicators to senior leadership and make recommendations for mitigation strategies.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve KPMG's risk management framework to align with the organization's objectives.
  13. Conduct training and development sessions for employees to increase risk management awareness and knowledge throughout the organization.
  14. Proactively identify and escalate potential risks to senior leadership and make recommendations for mitigation strategies.
  15. Uphold KPMG's core values and ethical standards in all risk management activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management Or A Related Field.

  • Professional Certification Such As Certified Risk Manager (Crm) Or Certified In Risk And Information Systems Control (Crisc).

  • Strong Knowledge Of Risk Management Frameworks And Regulations, Such As Coso And Sarbanes-Oxley (Sox).

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team.
