  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive proposal development process that aligns with the firm's business objectives and goals.
  2. Lead and manage the proposal development team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality proposals.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to understand client needs, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform proposal strategy.
  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including partners, subject matter experts, and other team members, to gather all necessary information and create compelling proposals.
  5. Review and edit proposals to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client requirements and company standards.
  6. Develop and maintain a repository of proposal content, templates, and other resources to support efficient and effective proposal development.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in pursuit management and incorporate them into the proposal development process.
  8. Manage the proposal budget and track key metrics to evaluate the success of the proposal development process.
  9. Train and mentor team members on proposal development best practices and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and business development, to promote a cohesive and consistent brand message in all proposals and pursuits.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Proposal Development And Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Professional Services Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team.
