- Develop and implement strategic plans to protect and secure operational technology systems for clients
- Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
- Conduct risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities in clients' OT systems
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and develop customized cybersecurity solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in OT cybersecurity to provide cutting-edge services
- Communicate complex technical information to clients in a clear and concise manner
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote long-term partnerships
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of new OT cybersecurity services
- Conduct training and education sessions for clients and internal team members on OT cybersecurity best practices.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Or Information Technology.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Cybersecurity And/Or Information Technology, With At Least 3 Years In A Managerial Role.
Strong Understanding Of Ot (Operational Technology) Systems And Their Potential Vulnerabilities, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Security Strategies For These Systems.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Cybersecurity, Such As Nist, Iso, And Iec, As Well As Experience With Compliance And Regulatory Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, As Well As Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
