  1. Develop and implement financial strategies and solutions using Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) for clients.
  2. Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to deliver successful financial transformations for clients.
  3. Provide expert guidance and support to the team on FCCS functionality and best practices.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and finance, to ensure seamless integration of FCCS solutions.
  5. Conduct thorough analysis and assessments of client needs and requirements to design and customize FCCS solutions.
  6. Oversee the implementation of FCCS solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client's expectations.
  7. Communicate project progress and updates to clients, providing timely and accurate reporting.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on FCCS for both clients and internal teams, providing training and support as needed.
  9. Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in FCCS to continuously improve and enhance solutions for clients.
  10. Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may arise during the project life cycle.
  11. Foster strong relationships with clients to establish trust and ensure their satisfaction with the FCCS solutions.
  12. Mentor and develop team members, providing feedback and opportunities for growth.
  13. Adhere to KPMG's standards and protocols for project management and quality control.
  14. Meet or exceed performance targets and contribute to the growth and success of KPMG's financial technology practice.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Implementing And Managing Oracle Financial Consolidation And Close Cloud Service (Fccs) Software

  • Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) Or Chartered Financial Analyst (Cfa) Designation

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Consolidation And Reporting Processes

  • Experience Leading And Managing A Team, Including Providing Guidance And Mentoring To Junior Staff Members
