As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing client projects, providing strategic guidance and driving business growth.   1. Lead and manage the Oracle EPM practice at KPMG, including overseeing client projects, providing strategic guidance and driving business growth.
  2. Utilize your strong background in Oracle EPM to effectively guide and advise clients on best practices, solutions and implementations.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle EPM tools, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in the field.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive value and impact.
  5. Manage and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technology, to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
  7. Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
  8. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery within scope and budget.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  10. Represent KPMG at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise in Oracle EPM and building brand awareness.
  11. Continuously monitor and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  12. Display a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results and upholding KPMG's values and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (Epm) Suite, Including Hyperion Planning, Financial Management, And Essbase.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Processes And Systems, With A Focus On Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Reporting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Epm Implementation Projects For Large Organizations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Industry Best Practices And Emerging Trends In Epm, With The Ability To Provide Strategic Recommendations And Drive Continuous Improvement.
