- Utilize extensive knowledge and experience in Oracle EPM to provide expert guidance and support to clients and team members.
- Drive success and achieve targets by setting clear goals, delegating tasks, and providing regular feedback and coaching to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and address client needs and business requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Oracle EPM, and incorporate them into project strategies and solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives, providing valuable insights, and delivering exceptional service.
- Ensure project timelines and budgets are met by effectively managing resources and monitoring project progress.
- Conduct performance evaluations, identify training and development needs, and support the professional growth of team members.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Implementing And Managing Oracle Epm Solutions.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Oracle Hyperion Epm Suite, Including Planning, Essbase, Hfm, And Drm.
Strong Project Management Skills And The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Clients And Stakeholders At All Levels.
