  1. Lead and manage the Oracle EPBCS team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic solutions using Oracle EPBCS.
  3. Maintain a deep understanding of the latest Oracle EPBCS technology trends and industry best practices, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in client engagements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and business leaders, to design and implement effective Oracle EPBCS solutions that align with clients' business objectives.
  5. Identify and analyze complex business problems and provide recommendations for process improvements and automation using Oracle EPBCS.
  6. Manage and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of Oracle EPBCS projects.
  7. Train and mentor junior team members on Oracle EPBCS best practices, ensuring their professional growth and development.
  8. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of Oracle EPBCS projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  9. Participate in business development activities, including identifying potential clients and opportunities, and presenting Oracle EPBCS solutions to clients.
  10. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to Oracle EPBCS, and ensure that all projects meet these standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Oracle Enterprise Planning And Budgeting Cloud Service (Epbcs) And Other Related Oracle Cloud Solutions.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing And Implementing Oracle Epbcs Projects For Clients In Various Industries.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Lead A Team, Manage Timelines And Budgets, And Communicate Effectively With Clients.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Financial Planning And Budgeting Processes, As Well As Experience In Designing And Implementing Solutions To Improve These Processes Using Oracle Epbcs.

  • Proven Experience In Providing Strategic Guidance And Recommendations To Clients On How To Leverage Oracle Epbcs To Achieve Their Business Goals And Objectives.
