At KPMG, we are seeking a highly talented and motivated Manager to join our team as an Oracle Cloud Recruiting Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the recruiting efforts for our Oracle Cloud practice, ensuring that we attract top talent to support our clients' digital transformation journey.   1. Lead and manage the recruiting efforts for our Oracle Cloud practice.
  2. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the Oracle Cloud space.
  3. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  4. Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  5. Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  6. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting for Oracle Cloud roles.
  8. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  9. Negotiate job offers and manage salary expectations.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data and recruitment metrics.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for KPMG, promoting our strong reputation as an employer of choice.
  12. Coach and mentor junior members of the recruiting team.
  13. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to senior management.
  14. Collaborate with other departments and teams within KPMG to support the overall talent management strategy.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional client service and upholding KPMG's values and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Oracle Cloud Recruiting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Hands-On Experience Working With Oracle Cloud Recruiting. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Platform's Functionalities And Be Able To Effectively Troubleshoot And Resolve Any Technical Issues That May Arise.

  • Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Processes: A Successful Manager, Oracle Cloud Recruiting Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Recruitment Processes And Best Practices. They Should Be Able To Use Their Knowledge To Optimize The Recruitment Process And Drive Efficiency Within The Team.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Manager, Oracle Cloud Recruiting, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing Projects Related To The Implementation And Maintenance Of The Platform. Therefore, They Should Possess Solid Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Manage Resources Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Of A Manager, Oracle Cloud Recruiting Involves Working Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Clients, Team Members, And Senior Management. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With These Stakeholders.
