
Manager, M&A Partnership Transactions
KPMG LLP is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager to join our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Partnership Transactions team. As a Manager, you will lead due diligence and financial modeling projects, as well as provide guidance on integration and divestiture processes. You will also work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans, as well as identify and evaluate potential transaction opportunities.To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have a strong understanding of M&A processes and best practices. You must also have an aptitude for financial modeling and be able to analyze complex financial data.
