  1. Develop and implement effective liquidity risk management strategies and processes for clients.
  2. Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and identify potential areas of liquidity risk for clients.
  3. Monitor and assess the liquidity risk exposure of clients and provide recommendations for mitigating risks.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management practices are in place.
  5. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to liquidity risk management.
  6. Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues.
  8. Prepare and present reports to clients and senior management on liquidity risk management activities.
  9. Identify and drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of liquidity risk management processes.
  10. Conduct regular risk assessments and stress tests to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop contingency plans.
  11. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  12. Participate in business development activities, including identifying new opportunities and promoting KPMG's liquidity risk management services.
  13. Stay updated on emerging trends and developments in the field of risk management and implement them in the company's practices.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all work activities.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on liquidity risk management and provide training and guidance to colleagues as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Markets: A Successful Manager, Liquidity Risk At Kpmg Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Financial Markets, Including Interest Rate Risk, Foreign Exchange Risk, And Credit Risk.

  • Experience In Liquidity Risk Management: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Liquidity Risk Management, Preferably In A Financial Institution Or Consulting Firm. This Experience Should Include Developing And Implementing Liquidity Risk Strategies, Stress Testing, And Contingency Planning.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In Regulatory Requirements Related To Liquidity Risk, Such As Basel Iii, Dodd-Frank, And The Liquidity Coverage Ratio (Lcr).

  • Analytical Skills: Strong Analytical Skills Are Essential For This Role, Including The Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data And Develop Risk Mitigation Strategies. Proficiency In Excel And Other Analytical Tools Is Also Required.

  • Leadership And Communication: As A Manager, The Candidate Must Possess Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Clients, And Senior Management. This Includes The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team, As Well As Present Findings And Recommendations To Stakeholders.
