  1. Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions to clients in the infrastructure and climate space.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for the Infrastructure Capital Projects & Climate Advisory team.
  3. Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
  4. Stay informed on the latest trends and developments in infrastructure and climate solutions to bring cutting-edge insights and strategies to clients.
  5. Analyze complex data and information to identify opportunities for improvement and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
  6. Develop and deliver presentations to clients and other stakeholders to communicate complex concepts and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Mentor and coach team members to help them reach their full potential and contribute to the success of the team.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within KPMG to leverage resources and expertise to drive client success.
  9. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery of services to clients.
  10. Continuously monitor and assess the competitive landscape to identify potential business opportunities and drive growth for the team.
  11. Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert in the areas of infrastructure development and sustainability, representing KPMG at industry events and conferences.
  12. Adhere to company and industry standards and regulations to ensure ethical and compliant practices within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Managing Infrastructure Capital Projects, Preferably With Expertise In Climate Change Adaptation And Resilience.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Project Management Principles And Methodologies, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Risk Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Coordinate And Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams.

  • Proficiency In Relevant Software And Tools Such As Ms Project, Autocad, And Gis. Pmp Certification Is A Plus.
