They should have a minimum of five years of experience in HR management, preferably in a professional services environment. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. The Manager, HR Business Advisor will be an integral part of our team, providing strategic HR advice and guidance to our employees and managers. They will apply their experience and knowledge to help foster a productive and positive workplace. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented and can handle multiple tasks with ease. Our ideal candidate should also be driven to stay ahead of industry trends and embrace change.
