
Manager, HR Business Advisor
KPMG is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager, HR Business Advisor to join our team of professionals. In this position, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and support to a wide range of clients, including senior leaders within the organization.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering an HR service that supports the growth and development of our people and business. The successful candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. They should also have a strong understanding of the current HR landscape and be knowledgeable of best practices.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR role, with at least 3 years' experience in a senior HR role. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management is essential, as is CIPD membership. A Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources would be highly desirable.We are looking for an individual who is able to think strategically, is client-focused and has the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
