Job Description

As a Manager of Health Care Clinical Operations Workforce Management at KPMG, you will play an integral role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' clinical operations through strategic workforce management.   1. Develop and implement strategic workforce management plans to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' clinical operations.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their unique workforce needs and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges.
  3. Conduct in-depth analysis of workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  4. Utilize industry best practices to develop and implement workforce management processes and procedures.
  5. Lead and manage a team of workforce management professionals to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services to clients.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of workforce management initiatives to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for adjustments.
  7. Provide guidance and support to clients on workforce management strategies, policies, and procedures.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, human resources, and operations, to align workforce management goals with overall business objectives.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to workforce management and healthcare operations.
  10. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings for clients through effective workforce management strategies.
  11. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on workforce management initiatives and address any concerns or issues.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in regards to workforce management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management Within A Healthcare Clinical Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Operations And Staffing Processes, Including Scheduling, Budgeting, And Resource Allocation.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Healthcare Regulations And Industry Trends, And The Ability To Apply Them To Workforce Management Strategies.
