  1. Develop and implement strategies for optimizing workforce processes and enhancing the efficiency of clinical operations within the healthcare industry.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key areas for improvement and create action plans to address them.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of current workforce systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  4. Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  5. Monitor and manage staffing levels to ensure appropriate coverage and resource allocation.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare clients and internal KPMG teams.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in workforce management and clinical operations.
  8. Train and mentor team members on workforce management best practices and processes.
  9. Monitor and track key performance indicators related to workforce management and clinical operations.
  10. Communicate regularly with leadership and provide updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  12. Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and trainings related to workforce management and clinical operations.
  13. Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline workforce processes and improve efficiency.
  14. Collaborate with other managers and teams to support overall company goals and initiatives.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and advisor to clients and colleagues on workforce management and clinical operations best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management, Preferably In A Clinical Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Operations, Including Staffing, Scheduling, And Budgeting.

  • Proven Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As Hipaa And Joint Commission Requirements.
