- Lead data transformation projects for financial services clients, utilizing strategic thinking and a strong understanding of data transformation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business needs, and develop innovative solutions to address them.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
- Utilize project management methodologies and tools to drive project success and maintain project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks or issues that may impact project delivery.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data transformation and financial services to continuously improve processes and drive innovation.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional development and growth.
- Collaborate with other managers and leaders to drive a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail and ensure high-quality deliverables are produced for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Services Data Transformation, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Environment.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Financial Services Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
